Shipping
Your order is processed promptly upon its arrival at Sanjo Silk Ltd. If we do not have an item, we will notify you.
All parcels will be sent by Canada Post, as it is the most cost effective means of shipping from Canada. For orders over $500, we will add postal insurance for half the value of the parcel.
Within Canada
Parcels sent within Canada are automatically trackable, which is why they're often more expensive than parcels sent to the USA.
To the USA
Parcels over 2kg. are automatically trackable. Parcels under 2kg. are generally sent untrackable to save you money. If you'd specifically like to have a smaller parcel trackable, please let us know, and expect the postage price to be a bit higher.
Europe, Central America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
Rates include handling charges. A couple of special considerations:
- due to the high price of making parcels trackable, we don't offer this in our shipping rates. If you would like your parcel to be trackable, please contact us directly and we will add this to the shipping charges.
- packages with a total weight of more than 2kg, including packaging, have exorbitant postal rates. It's better to order 2 smaller packages rather than have a packages weighing more than 2kg. In this case, contact us directly rather than ordering through the website - info(at)sanjosilk(dot)com.
