Red Eri, once it has had the sericin removed, is a lovely soft creamy colour. (See an information page about Red Eri's colour.) This 20/2 yarn is a perfect weight for medium-density weaving. It is soft and fairly lofty, but has a surprisingly lustrous finish for Eri. It can also be knitted in cobweb weight - beautiful for lacy shawls.
