We're calling this a cable. To be honest, we're not sure what to call it. The construction is a bit like I-cord, which gives it a wondrous, slightly toothy texture when knit - the "tooth" comes from the way the yarn is constructed. The yarn itself is loose and soft, and it makes a lovely and unique fabric when knitted or crocheted. We recommend using it as an accent yarn in your weaving. Or try using it in short floats so you can enjoy the distinctive character of the yarn.
